HOW WE RUN GAMES

What Keeps Our Game Results Fair

Every game in the lobby runs on certified software from its original studio. We do not modify game logic — results come from the provider's own RNG or live dealer feed. Round outcomes are recorded server-side and are traceable through your account history for any session you've played.

Provider-Certified RNG Slots from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft use RNG engines certified by the studio. We carry the game exactly as released — no local modifications to reel logic or payout tables.
Live Feed Integrity Evolution live tables stream directly from the studio's dealer floor. Card shuffles, wheel spins and deal sequences follow the provider's own verified protocols, not our configuration.
Round History on Account Every round you play logs to your account automatically. Game name, stake, result and timestamp are all stored — you can reference any round when raising a query.
Dispute Resolution Path If a round result looks wrong, our team compares your account log against the provider's server record. We don't settle disputes based on screenshots alone — the server log is the source of truth.
buzzcuan Inside the Games Help Section

Inside the Games Help Section

Our games span slots from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft, live tables streamed by Evolution, crash titles like Crash Skyrise Arena, and fishing rounds like Fishing War Fast Round. Each category plays differently — slot reels use RNG cycles, live baccarat follows a fixed card draw, and crash multipliers run on a provably fair curve. This section explains those differences clearly so

you can make sharper choices when you browse the lobby. RTP figures are shown only where the game provider publishes them directly inside the game panel. We do not invent or estimate those numbers.

Game Terms You Should Know

These are the mechanics and labels that come up most when you're exploring the lobby or checking a round result. Plain definitions, no filler.

01
What does RTP mean in slots?

RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total wagers a slot returns over many rounds. It is a long-run average set by the studio — not a per-session promise. We only show RTP where the provider publishes it.

02
What is a crash game multiplier?

A multiplier in crash games like Crash Skyrise Arena starts at 1x and climbs until the round ends. You cash out before the crash to lock your multiplier. If the crash happens first, the round is lost.

03
What does 'provably fair' mean?

Provably fair means the round outcome is generated by a cryptographic seed you can verify after the round. Both the server seed and your client seed combine to produce the result — neither side can change it mid-round.

04
What is a live dealer game?

A live dealer game streams a real human dealer from a studio floor. Evolution titles like Live Baccarat and Speed Blackjack Live use this format. You place bets on screen; the physical cards or wheel decide the outcome.

05
What does 'feature round' mean in a slot?

A feature round is a bonus mechanic built into the slot — triggered by scatter symbols or a specific combination. Wayang Legend Reels and Gates of Olympus each have their own feature-round trigger rules set by the studio.

06
What is a round ID?

A round ID is a unique reference number assigned to every game round you play. It is stored in your account history and lets our support team pull the exact server result when you raise a dispute.

Frequently Asked Game Questions

These are the questions we get most through live chat and the help desk — covering how specific game types work in our lobby, what happens when a round disconnects, and how game results are confirmed on your account.

Slot outcomes are determined by the provider's RNG at the moment you spin. No two rounds are linked — a previous result does not influence the next. Check your round ID in account history if you want to review the exact result.

If you disconnect mid-round on a live Evolution table, the bet you placed before disconnection still stands. The round settles normally and the result posts to your account. Reconnect and check your history to see the outcome.

Open the game, then look for the info or settings icon inside the game panel. Pragmatic Play and PG Soft titles often show RTP there. We only display the figure if the studio publishes it — we do not add estimated numbers.

Yes. Crash Skyrise Arena loads on mobile browsers without needing a separate app. Open the lobby from your phone, find the crash category, and the game runs in your browser. Stable mobile data or Wi-Fi keeps the multiplier feed smooth.

Head to the sportsbook section from the main lobby menu. Liga 1 and European football markets are listed there. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions — check the sportsbook tab to see what is open in your area.

First, clear your browser cache and reload. If the game still will not open, try a different browser or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it persists, contact live chat with the game name and your device type so we can check for studio-side issues.
